It's confusing in the waiting room that there is a sign for Rheumatology and Gastroenterology but not for Neurology so as I waited in line ( for quite a while as the guy before me had some complicated interaction to complete) I wasn't sure if I was even in the right place

Hi. The nurse and the doctor were very professional and friendly. One thing that occurred to me is that the doctor did not discuss my symptoms with me. At the beginning of the appointment I described my symptoms to the nurse, and she wrote them down. Then the doctor came in. He told me he wanted to do an MRI. He also prescribed medication for my phonophobia. However, after I left, I realized that we never actually discussed the slew of symptoms that I described. Perhaps he wanted to wait to look at the MRI. I don't know. Also, when I left, I was given a piece of paper that says that I have chronic tension type headaches. This was not discussed with me either. I suppose he will discuss these types of details in my 1 month follow up, when we have the MRI results, but I don't know.

Also, I received an email saying that angels has a new web based communications system. I found the email to be very confusing, as the only option to register for the portal was a button that says "make an appointment."

I am only stating these things because my feedback was solicited. Overall I feel that I am in good hands with you, and I appreciate the care.

We apologize for the confusion. For clarification, the email you received is merely a means of providing simple communications between yourself and the Angels staff. You may also make appointments through the link provided in the email. Access to the patient portal is accomplished via instructions (and a pin) that should have been provided to you by the front desk associate. If you have misplaced it, we can generate a new one for you on your next visit.

The staff is friendly and the doctors are great, I just wish they had more appointments available in my location. They are only there once a week, and sometimes only once a month.

great staff thorough with giving the best info whe answering ur questions .... but its very hard to get an appointment ,and even If you get one it will be a month or 2 later and u run the risk of it being cancelled 1 or 2 days before the appointment... so be prepared to possibly wait a couple months to see someone even if ur an returning patient being treated by them already u definitely will have an issue sooner or later with a scheduled appointment being kept by them ..... it happended to me 2 months in a row amd the mext available appointment was almost 2 months away unless I was willing to drive about 25-30 miles to the main office in Abington.... unacceptable .

The office was busy with other patients but my doctor took me on time for my appointment. The only complaint I have is that the front desk receptionist was watching her phone and texting most of the time as I was checking in. My previous appointment scheduled for October was never entered in the schedule, I fear mistakes can be made when distracted by phones.
