Dr. Emily and her staff were great with Sadie.

Sadie can get a little anxious during exam and mail clipping so they were very patient and kind with her. Always a good experience at the New Lenox animal Clinic.

Great facility to bring your pet! The clinic has completed their remodel of the facility.

Staff and doctors are people who genuinely care about their clients and owners!

Great service, very little wait time and the facility is back having in office visits!

Always great customer service from the time the appointment is booked to the time we leave. Always caring, attentive, and never a question or concern not answered. Visits are as long as we need them to be; we never feel rushed. Thank you for always taking care of our fur animals.

My dog had a medical emergency and the morning I called they said come in at 9am. Other vets and emegency vets had a 10 plus hour wait.

They were welcoming and accommodated us immediately. Ive been taking both my dogs here aince 2014 and couldn't ask for a better place!

Emily is amazing, she has helped both my dogs in different manners. I appreciate everything she has done so far for my fur babies no matter how crazy they can be, or how weird the reason. She and her crew accommodated my 7 month rescue and helped him get the care he needed. And also my almost two year old when he was just being weird, I .love this facility and especially the vet and crew, thank you!!!!
