Most knowledgeable Vets and nicest staff in the area. Clean, beautiful facility and we LOVE the hours, and no need for an appointment with our schedules. Couldn't be happier.

Saw Dr. Tracey since Oliver's regular doctor - Dr. Spinelli wasn't working. Love Dr. Tracey as well. Oliver was suffering from intestinal issues, she set up an rx and also asked me to bring a sample for testing. Did that this morning. Hopefully I'm not jumping the gun here, but after 2 doses things are looking better already. She gave me a note for Oliver with instructions on how he is supposed to take medicine and advised that I might have to read it to him....She's awesome!

Ordinarily there are big wait times, we got in and out, which is important, as our cats are scared when we go.

We have always had a great experience here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. We recently switched over after using another vet for many years and we are very happy with the care our furry family members are receiving!

I really like it there but check-in and out seems to take a long time. Also, a little more pricey than my last place. Not always able to get appointment for grooming when I want either.

Our 9 year old cat had a lump on one of her nipples and Dr. Spodak examined her and suggested surgery to remove the mass. He provided us with an estimate so we had an idea of how much the surgery would cost and this also included the cost of a biopsy to determine if the mass was cancerous. We had the surgery scheduled on a Thursday morning and got a call back from Dr. Tracy on Friday night to see how she was doing. On Sunday afternoon we got a call from Dr. Erjavec with the results of the biopsy which unfortunately the mass was an aggressive cancer. You could even hear in Dr. Erjavec's voice how heartbroken he was to have to give us the bad news. Dr. Erjavec walked us through the next steps and even called the lab to get more information from the biopsy. He called us back when he said he would (which was multiple times) and he has been very helpful in answering all questions. We definitely recommend Animal Care Center in Plainfield to anyone looking for a place to take their pets. Everyone's bedside manner from the people working at the desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors are superb and you can tell they truly love working with animals!!!

Doctors are very good. They are caring and take their time with you. They explain your options very well and do not pressure you into any decisions. The office staff is always friendly and caring.
