Doctors are very good. They are caring and take their time with you. They explain your options very well and do not pressure you into any decisions. The office staff is always friendly and caring.

I had to bring my dog Sophie in for immediate attention. This was my first experience and I was very impressed with the professional staff and the vet who treated my dog. Everyone was kind patient helpful friendly and the environment was very clean. My dog is my child and I need a place I can trust with her health. I am very happy I found it. The vet she had been seeing retired and then I moved to Plainfield. I finally found her permanent vet facility. Thank you all!

I have been using your veterinary care center since October 2015. I had a standard poodle at the time and then also rescued a cat from you and then a second cat from your place. Dr. Sheehan had been my vet and she was amazing. I am now using Dr. Michael who I had had a couple of times previously and he is also terrific What is not terrific is a rather large woman who appears to be in charge of the young girls who were all at the reception desk area I have been there three times in the last week and I think she is very rude It might be who've somebody there to have a few words with her about her attitude I seriously thought after the second time I was there and had to deal with her rudeness that I might have to switch places I was there with two dogs that I rescued from through an organization called international street dog foundation. The second issue I had was with the Groomer named Tracy although she did a great job with the dog interactions with her I'm not very good because she doesn't appear to have much of a personality When I first met with her with my recently rescue dog Charlie she didn't even put her hand down or make any contact with the dog she just walked out the door and started talking to me I would think somebody working with dogs would first come out and make contact with the dog of them self as well as the owner It might also be nice to have a few more chairs in the waiting room until you get your entire set up completed
