It was my first time visiting the clinic. Everyone at the front desk were extremely helpful since the first time I called till my actual visit. Dr. Joe was also very gentle, patient and thorough with the exams.

This is the only vet clinic I have personally visited but I can tell it is a good one. Space is immaculate and bright, they don’t make you wait in a room with other pets. Staff are friendly and keep good schedule. I had a helpful consultation about traveling with my cat in addition to regular check-up.

Animal Clinic Downtown was exceptional. They were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Joe Waldman did an excellent job examining our dog and provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis. Our dog felt comfortable and was at ease. Thank you!

I would not leave the care of my dog in the hands of anyone but Animal Clinic Downtown!! I think Dr. Fleur loves my furry family member just as much as I do...will close anyhow :)
