Every staff member starting with the young ladies that answer my phone calls are professional , knowledgeable and are also friendly and caring . We are very thankful they take such good care of our fur- baby. Also, the staff that cares for our Liberty Belle when we have needed to board her have always taken great care for her as well.

Incredible staff; totally focused on the animal at all times, from into, tests, and treatment. For us humans, as if there was a budget limited and when done gave verbal & written instructions.

Took our Yorkie and was told he has a mass and was given antibiotics and pain medication. Didn’t know if it was cancer or not and said they wouldn’t know. They took X-rays and that was about it. Took him the next day to a different hospital and that doctor was so professional and not in a hurry. The mass was removed and our Yorkie is doing great!

We will now start taking our pets to this new vet. The vet explains answers questions and even shows pictures. Grand Prairie Animal Clinic will never see us again.

If I can give NEGATIVE NUMBERS I would.
