Everyone I see with there reviews how expensive they are and that I went to my regular vet the next day and paid less than half the price and I am just like well yeah their emergency what else do you expect. Your regular vet is closed you have to go to an emergency so they are going to be more expensive why does not anyone understand that. It is the same for humans. Everyone is friendly regardless of there being tons of clients and every single one of them being worried. They handle everything so great. When behind the scenes they are running around trying to get everything done as fast as they can. Then when you can not see your pet while they exam them is because they are emergency something dying can come in as someone is working with your pet. I understand that obviously that is more important then my pet. I also understand that now there will be a wait and that person that just came in will be in front of me. Everyone is very compassionate and understanding. Then for me to sit there and watch and listen at the techs and receptionist get treated like shit, is truly unacceptable. We all understand you are frustrated and irritated but there is absolutely no reason to treat another person so rudely. I love this clinic and have been there many of times and truly wish they had a regular vet clinic right next door or a bigger facility. Keep up the good work guys.

My baby Marie had gotten randomly sick. I immediately took her to VCA Er and they took her in right away. They went straight to treating her based off the symptoms i had explained to them she was having. They did not play around trying to get me to do unnecessary tests or procedures. They are very honest and absolutely helpful. They really are compassionate about making sure your baby gets the care they need and as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this Er for important emergencies no doubt.

Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and efficient but not too compassionate or caring. But I was nervous for my cat. I spoke with Dr Lewis and he was very informative and personable. He explained the treatment and then the staff member explained the cost. I didnt realize the front desk payment I made for an exam was deducted from the total bill. Overall I would recommend AECNE for any pet emergency.

Very simple check in. Assistant was very helpful and friendly on arrival. Doctors took as much time as needed to assess my dog's condition and explain the procedures that were to be performed. I was very pleased that the doctors were very thorough and detailed with the care given. I have used this location several times and always received excellent care for my dog.

We were met promptly and our pet was examined, a reasonable rationale was given for her condition, and a referral was made to see a specialist, which we did. The physician ws peronable, caring, and polite relieving our stress.

Brought my fur baby in on Saturday night and from the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming. She was seen promptly. She needed to have surgery and the whole time that she there the doctors made sure we were kept informed on how she was doing. They are very caring and explain everything in detail to you.
