I was there for 2 hours..when I got there, there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. After 1 1/2 I go.to the front desk and ask how long will.it be. Doc.shpws up 5.mintues later..walks in and says "talk to me" that didn't sit well with me.somshe decides to do x rays which I had to wait again.. not overly impressed that night and very disappointed in your service.

I will never have a way of thanking the vet and vet techs here! They literally saved my cats life, he was on the edge of death from a blockage. This amazing team took him in and saved his life. I didn't have the whole amount I needed for this emergency surgery, they were doing everything possible to get him help he needed. They gave me every option they had available and even went about an beyond making phone calls to the Animal Shelter next door. Lucky for me there was an angel there that night who had donated some funds to someone who needed it and that amount covered what I couldn't. The vet was amazing. She was so nice an doing her best to keep me calm in a situation where I was a wreck with the thought I was going to have to surrender my cat for him him to get the surgery he needed! She made phone calls to try to prevent that from happening. But In the end it worked out. The next morning when I picked him up my emotions got the best of me an I was over whelmed with happiness and gratitude. She stood there with me let me cry and answered the many questions I had about his after care. I will never be able to thank them I'm the way they should be. Animals are family and my family would have been devastated losing our cat! Thank you again!

They were so kind and understanding! My dog was hit by a car and we were very lucky it was just a leg injury.

The doctor explained everything and they transferred all the paperwork right to Norway and sent me there where they were expecting me for surgery for my dog.
