I called as a new patient and was kindly listened to. My kitten, Velvet, had a fever which was concerning
and I wanted an appointment to have her seen that day. I was given an appointment time which I could easily manage
and we were received at the desk with a friendly greeting and concern. Members of the staff came out to
meet Velvet and we were made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Julie was kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
She put us both at ease with her friendly manner and explained some concerns which we will monitor.
I will also bring my year old Cornish Rex for her check-up soon. In the meantime, Velvet has another
appointment next week for some boosters.

My call was promptly answered and Sue was able to get me a quick appointment. Angel has a urinary infection. I was told to not let he urinate at home so the techs could get her sample. I arrived and called saying I am on a cane so I would like a tech to come out and take her to urinate. They came right out, got her sample, and brought her in while I hobbled in with my cane. The tech and Dr Black were very nice!! They allowed me to pay in the exam room so I would not have to stand. The tech carried Angel out as there were 2 very large dogs waiting. A pleasant time when I was so worried about my little one. We missed Dr Julie, but everyone was so nice!!

Excellent care provided for Lexi! When you do not know what is wrong with your pet it is reassuring to have such a wonderful highly trained staff keeping you informed of their condition until you see them.
