Everyone at Animal Haven seems to genuinely care about the animals, they don’t make you feel like your questions are bothersome, and they are excellent communicators. I have full trust in them.

Great service for routine preventative care. It was a carside appointment. Not everything went smoothly ( I had two dogs who both wanted to go inside at the same time and one dog who decided to dismount before the human was ready so she had to be caught before going in) but the person handling them was really good and competent and made the process smooth in spite of the bumps.

I'm not happy at all. My dogs face is cut to hell with no resolution and or promises we wont have to do this again. And I can't afford anymore visits. You guys do not communicate very well, and I do not feel my dogs getting proper care! You've told me at the last 2 visits that it wasn't her tooth then you insisted it was but still teeth untouched and she comes home with a tube in her face.
