We were so nervous to take our dog to the vet as first time dog owners and her basically new parents. We love that we were put into a room quickly and that there weren't a ton of animals in the lobby so it was very relaxed. We had an amazing tech & doc, both were so kind and kept super calm when she got to barking a bit which helped keep us and the dog relaxed. By the end of the appointment, our pup was actually initiating social contact with the staff without the need for treats, which is pretty rare! We also got some great advice on training & anxiety management.

I always feel like Winston gets the very best care at the Crossing. The veterinarians and technicians are friendly and informative about his care. I tried going somewhere else but didn’t get that same care and concern for him
