the front office staff are always kind of short with people and a bit "cocky" - every time, every call, every visit. I wanted to email a photo before coming in and they didn't like it. A tech looked and told me to come in with my dog, and once I got to the vet, the vet asked "they told you to come in?" as if in a little disbelief. prescribed something topical and then proceeded to give a wellness exam since I was already there I always end up paying more for every service than my significant other does, who goes somewhere else. I have always gone here but it has changed a lot from the old days of Dr Dan and Dr Mark, to present. If not for the location, and this specific vet, I am not sure I trust them anymore. Last exam, there we things skipped and still I paid a lot as usual. There are good things with the experience but not enough or consistent enough to be a major differentiator between here and elsewhere. Improvement needed.
