Am happy with the services they provide, particularly impressed with how all the staff REALLY love animals. They are always booked, and have a good system in place: reception, going to room, tech coming in, then vet coming in, then giving you $ options for care, then doing the procedure or option, then checking you out. All this takes time, and got through at least 3 different hands. So it takes some time (usually over the time you made the appointment for.)
I recommend (to the management) to give the vets and techs some authority to provide some extras (free to client), i.e.; since you're getting ALL this done or you're a long time client and/or multiple pet owner: we'll throw in a toe nail clipping in for free. Animal House vet clinic is NOT cheap!! And they do NOT honor spay certificates for ferals. This is a clinic for pets only, if you are a rescuer on island or an active TNR colony care taker, this is not the clinic for you, too expensive and time consuming. But their staff does volunteer at some the low cost neuter/spay cynics across the island. Overall, very happy with personalized service, wish it were a tad cheaper.
