You need more help. I waited 20 minutes to even be checked in and another 20 to see the vet. I was there for over and an hour for a sick dog and had to request for her temperature to be taken. I'd understand if I had walked in, but I had an appointment. Waiting 40 minutes is completely unreasonable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Appointment with the vet was amazing. She was very through and loving towards Zoey. She got on the floor with her to exam her instead of making her get up on the table when she was scared.

Emergency walk-in. Seen immediately even though they were booked. Treated with care, concern and respect. Definitely found our new vet. Thank you.

After being left without dog sitter for the first time since I've had AJ I decided to try boarding her at Animal Medical Center since they had all of her records and she knew them and the facility. AJ has some serious separation anxiety but she did well and I can't thank the staff enough for taking care of her while I went away. I won't hesitate to take her again if needed.

I've never had an issue with Ms. Tammy's grooming. Yesterday picking up Scarlet she was brought to me with very patchy cutting. Ms. Tammy said something about her hair but I didn't understand the problem since she's the only person to cut her. She took her back to try and blend it but she doesn't look much better. After I expressed my displeasure I wasn't offer any compensation or percentage off. I don't understand why she was not able to perform the same service as previous visits. Scarlet didn't smell as fresh as other times as well.

Had an appointment still didn't start for another 20 minutes. The front desk always has a long line. However, nice staff.

I found the "wait" to be a little long. Did not appear that front desk staff (2) clearly knew what they were doing. Doesn't appear to make a difference if one has an appointment or is a "walk-in", the wait is still a little longer than expected.

I think all of the VETS are great, good personalities, appear to take an real interest in "your" animal.
