I took my daughter's 11 year old cat in and saw a new doctor bc the one we usually see was on vacation. Dr. Matt Denson turned out to be exceptional. He and his vet tech Kayla listened carefully to my explaining the cat's symptoms and history and then did a thorough physical exam, expertly handling our normally feisty cat. They then did blood work and gave two shots, evidently in a kind manner bc the cat was fine afterward, even purring in the vet office. The next day, Dr. Denson called right away with lab results and explained options to my daughter (the cat has thyroid issues, which perfectly explains her symptoms, and needs meds plus possible radiation). It was all handled very professionally and promptly so thanks Dr. Denson.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Richter is great with my large dog, who suffers from white coat syndrome. She is kind and compassionate, but also thorough in her treatment and care for your pet. She is as attentive to the pet owner as she is the pet. I would recommend her to anyone.
