Our elderly dog recently had her teeth cleaned and while we knew there would be extractions there were more then we or the vet had planned. They called to let us know plus the additional cost and followed up both later and the next day to see how she was doing. While not a fun or cheap trip to the vet we felt very cared for and informed every step of the way - thank you!! Your techs are amazing!!!
