I was upset because the techs continued to attempt to draw blood from Mia when her blood was clotting making it difficult to retrieve a blood sample. I felt she was subjected to a lot of unnecessary pain and stress.
I did appreciate the information and plan for Mia given by her veterinarian. He has been very informative and supportive as we plan what is best for Mia.
