It was okay. I got what I needed and left. Every time I come in to the Newport News location, I am not greeted warmly , which is why I had been occasionally going to the Hampton location . Now that they are closed, I will probably look to purchase the product online. Anyway once I got to the counter with my product, I was drenched in sweetness. I was shown the rewards selections and thanked. It's almost as if when I walk in the door, the look that I'm given is "are you in the right place. "

I left the area for seven years and didn't think twice about going straight back to Suzanne. I don't care that it is 75 miles one way. When you have someone who is fantastic and makes your hair look terrific, distance doesn't matter!!! LOVE Suzanne, LOVE Aveda!

The salon was more unkept and "messy" than usual this past visit. Nothing terrible, however, it just felt unkept. The only real concern that I had with making this appointment was that when I called to make the appointment, I had no idea that the Hampton salon had closed. One thing that I feel should be happening is that when your clients make an appointment, they should be notified/reminded that their appointment is at the Newport News salon. The reminder would be appreciated by all, I am sure. Imagine the fury of not knowing and showing up to the Hampton location instead of in Newport News.....
