Renee, we are glad that you had a positive experience in our office but we are sorry to hear about the untimely text messages. The reason for the early texts is that we do offer 7 am appointments, so some people need a reminder that early. That said, we have since updated the settings to send texts no earlier than 8 am and will continue to make adjustments that are within our control as needed. Thank you for the feedback.
