During my cleaning, the dentist got water splashing literallly all over my face - both cheeks and some near my eye. At one point, it had been so long since they put the suction device in my mouth that when the dentist turned my head to the side, saliva spilled all over the side of my face and he barely wiped it off. He had the suction tool draped over half my face almost the whole time.

while having photos taken of my teeth, the hygienist set the device in my mouth only to have the exterior part pressing on my upper eye lid.

The dentist only flossed my bottom teeth and the polishing was literally two minutes and not very thorough. I left feeling like I need to get a better, more thorough cleaning. Extremely dissapointed.

Promptly checked in, appointment at 3 sat down in the chair about 3:10 so not so bad. No waiting once in the chair, everything proceeded in a well executed and timely fashion.

As a new patient and first time visit, maybe a little time spent upon arrival discussing the dental practice, specialties and so forth?
