Customer service was very pleasant and polite. Like the layout and appeared very clean. I opened up the communication through the online email link and the response time was very quick. Overall very satisfied.
They were very quick to get me in, and called to let me know that the issue I thought I was having with my car had been misdiagnosed at another auto shop. They then told me what was actually wrong and offered me a more cost-effective solution to fixing it. On top of that, my car was ready for exactly when I needed to pick it up. Great service!
Brought my car in for a winter inspection. They identified some things to fix and it was completed the same day. I also appreciate they only identity actual work that is required instead of nickel and diming like the dealerships.

I didnt feel like the reasoning they had to say what was said when diagnosing my vehicle was very professionally done. Also for the work that was done was $$$ expensive in my opinion. To add it up they broke my bpv.

Excellent service. Apex corrected a whole bunch of major mistakes that a previous mechanic had made on my Forester and now it runs like it was meant to. Apex also owned up to a (minor) mistake they made and fixed it without cost.
