I was very pleased with Dr. Contenza's service and her explanation of my dogs condition. This was the first time I ever had to wait in my car while they were examining my dog. Now I know what a dog must feel like when they are left in the car when I make a quick run into a store. I wish there was a better way to expedite the check in process.
Professional and caring and compassionate. Stinks that due to covid I couldn't go in with my cat, but I felt good about the staff and that he was in good hands. Will bring my other cat here as well going forward
it was supposed to take 2 days. to my surprise it only took 1. john and blake were very polite and quiet. when i did ask john any questions he answered them so that i understood completely. i am very happy and will recommend your company to friends. they used their masks and i felt safe. even the inspector was very impressed with the work john did.you get 5 stars from me.
