Sarah B. has styled my hair and really listens to my concerns and wishes. I trust her advice completely. She has become a special friend who really cares about me, and I her. I was impressed with the amount of time the Vet Tech and Vet took to listen, answer questions, discuss options. They were very gentle and attentive to Hemingway, and gave him extra treats, which was nice b/c I forgot treats in my rush to leave and I want him to have good experiences at the vet. I have been to other businesses where the veterinarians seem short with time and Dr. Jen is one of the few who when I leave the office I don't lament on all the things I wanted to ask, but didn't get a chance to. From the front office staff, to the Vet Tech, to the Vet I find that everyone is kind and attentive. I appreciate both office staff, as they combined the stool sample fee, from prior to the appt, and the neuter fee, for the next appt, into one lump sum so I can use the CareCredit promotion. I went to Animal Medical Center years ago, and was happy that when I moved back to Appleton that I'd have access to this facility again. They are stellar and I appreciate all their work.
