Apple Valley Eye Center replied:
We apologize for your frustration and embarrassment, we certainly didn't mean for that to be the case. Once we understood that the lenses were damaged by the hot beads, that we use as part of the process to adjust glasses, we reacted quickly with a solution. The solution was two-fold, first we got in clear prescription lenses that same day, less than 4 hours from the start of this dilemma. Also, a complete replacement pair are on order with the Transitions tint and Anti-reflective coating, which takes 7-10 days to make. It was an unfortunate accident that occurred, and we are sincerely sorry.
