During and immediately following the recent electricity outage I called my regular pool maintenance/service company 4 times, never getting a person or a reply to any messages. On my first call to Aquarius Mitzi answered. She was cheerful, helpful and “Yes, they could send someone out. Not the next day, Tuesday, but hopefully Wednesday.” On Tuesday Mitzi called to say someone would be out Wednesday. JC came out, accessed the situation, explained everything to me and said the office would call with an estimate. Again, they did not disappoint. On Friday cheerful, efficient Mitzi called with the quote. I have every confidence that as soon as needed parts are available, they will be out to repair all.
