I don't want to be too negative here, because I think part of it is just that this spa isn't for me. It was very bright and loud, with people talking and music playing (actual songs, not like New Age relaxation music). There were several children in the waiting area -- they were well-behaved, but not what I expected to see. But I bet it's nice for the people who live nearby to be able to bring their kids. Overall, the aesthetician did a great job with my pedicure, but she did cut my toe and draw blood. She was super apologetic and mistakes happen, but that had never happened to me before. Another aesthetician came in, and asked questions about how to wax, then said she hated waxing, which seemed unprofessional to say in front of a client. It was a perfectly fine experience, just not quite what I was hoping for.
