We took our Tahoe in for a 100,000 mile tune up (go Chevy!), new tires and to get the cruise control fixed. The first thing I noticed, although I was going to the service department, is that I was acknowledged by every employee in the convenience store, not just service. My direct contact was Andrew, who is beyond friendly! Although my husband can be hard to reach at work, I asked that he be contacted first to keep me out of the car "loop". Without question, he took the time to call my husband and answer all of his questions. No work was done on our car without having a discussion first, even things on the 100,000 list that weren't necessary. Wow! Not only did we get all of our issues addressed and taken care of at a fair price, they even found a missing Chevy hubcap for us and I was so thrilled I had to run back in for a high five! Thank you so much for taking care of us (in less than 24 hours no less) and I will definitely recommend Arapahoe Conoco and Autocare to all my friends! In this day and age of "hurry up and wait" and such poor customer service everywhere, Arapahoe Autocare is a breath of fresh air. Thank you.
