It was my first visit to Artic Air. My ac was not blowing, I arrived early and was told that they were pretty booked, they looked at the problem and said I needed a new blower motor and that it was a relatively easy fix and the could fit me in and that it would take about 2 hours. The problem was fixed within an hour! Estimate matched the overall price and work was preformed as promised. I would definitely recommend them and will return the next tine I need help!

Came in for an oil change. Ricky also advised I needed rear brakes, concerned for my safety. Oil change and rear brakes done quickly and on my way. Excellent work.

Got a new used car and have been going here since 2008, so I took it in for an oil change, head light was out and just a check up overall for anything they see that will need attention in the near future. Got every thing done in a very timely manner as always. They did not find anything else that needed attention and that was great news for me. I have great trust in them to not make up things to fix as other places do. Nothing ever goes perfect every time and when something does happen they will take care of it completely if it is their fault. Thank You Brian, Gary and your staff on a job well done again

Moved down here from Alabama and was looking for a new shop for my vehicle repairs and maintenance.

I stopped into Artic Air and spoke with Gary and the shop owner and was very impressed with them and the facility.

Left my Tahoe with them for a check engine light that was on.

They called and explained what I needed and gave me an estimate. After the repairs were completed I was pleasantly surprised thst the bill was the same as their estimate.

Gary called me as the repairs progressed and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle.

My vehicle developed another problem and they took it back in and diagnosed the problem and called me letting me know what it needed and while it had nothing to do with the previous repairs they gave me a very fair price and repaired my vehicle in a very short time.

The owner had told me he wanted to be the right place for people to get their repairs and maintenance done and he fully proved that to me.

I would highly recommend Artic Air to anyone for their vehicle needs.

I retired from the automotive business and know quality work and honest people when I find them.

Give Gary a call and try them for yourself...

I came in with a check engine light on in my 2005 Tahoe and they took care of the problem very professionally.

As can happen sometime there was another problem that developed after I picked my car up and when I returned they were very understanding and kept my car to research the new issue.

It turned out to be a very unusual problem and had nothing to do with the previous repair but they took care of the new issues at a very modest price. While I feel they may have actually lost money they were very professional and worked until I was very satisfied with all the repairs that were done.

The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable especially Gary the service advisor who called me every day to keep me informed of the progress.

I even had an opportunity to speak a few times with the owner and he expressed that he wanted people to feel they had come to the right place for car repairs and maintenance.

They certainly went above and beyond for me and have earned my business.

Having just retired and moved down here I was apprehensive about finding a reputable shop for all my vehicle maintenance and Arctic Air is that place for me.

I retired from the automotive industry and speak from experience.

I am proud to post my name in support of this shop and employees.
