The Vet our family saw was fantastic, friendly, kind and caring. I trust her excellence and knowledge and I trust her with my dog.
I like the vet we saw a good deal and would see her again with Ernista; the only piece of constructive feedback is, we, as clients, did not feel the examination of our dog was as thorough as it could have been and historically been in the past for the same annual wellness check-up.
For example, the vet did not ask any questions, except if we had any questions to ask her. Of course, I do not know what the vet observed, did outside of the room when Ernista got her nails trimmed and blood drawn.
The price for care paid is above average but I go to Ardmore Animal Hospital for the quality of care and have been a loyal client for almost 7 years. The actual time in the room was far shorter than with previous vets who inspected Ernista on the table and looked in her ears and eyes.
For example, the actual time in the room with Ernista was very short (less than 10 minutes) and she did not ask questions like the other Vets at Ardmore Animal Hospital. While every vet is different in approach, I would have appreciated more time spent/more conversation.
