The hospital is ran very efficiently, the staff is very personable, the Dr. even more kind and compassionate. I enjoy picking up my kittens meds monthly just to say hello! They are straight, direct, and the prices for services are not extremely high.

Whether we are there for a regular check-up or a health concern, our visits are always marked by caring and compassionate service, and extremely well-informed medical care and advice. Dr. Hoeffer never seems rushed when she is with you and your pet, even though I'm aware it's a very popular practice. It's been this way through three dogs and a cat!

Dr. Hoefer was so welcoming and attentive, and spent a long time discussing options to address my kitties' diets, behavior, and general health needs. We've been to several vets in the area, but have never experienced such care and attention to detail as we did at Ark. Can't recommend it enough, and so glad to have finally found a vet we're happy with.
