Honestly, we had had some not so great experiences with vets. We were very impressed with how quickly we were seen by the tech, and then the vet. Everyone was very friendly too! Everything was explained thoroughl as well. The best part- my grumpy little pup was not shaking like a leaf when we were finished, and neither was my wallet!! Excellent all the way around!!
