My puppy received excellent medical care at the hospital, it was costly but worth it. I had a big issues how I was treated by office staff. I was treated very rude by day office staff, the night staff was polite and professional.
My puppy was admitted ,using my friends ID due to I lost my personal id and I am still waiting for replacement. I went to pick up puppy after being hospitalized , I was told my friend had to be present, I had to look for my friend due to she worked for a private caregiver agency. I returned that evening at 11:00pm with my friend and my husband , we put my husband on the account. i left the puppy one more night due to low blood sugar. I was reassured that puppy will be released next day and my husband had to be present. We get notice to pick up puppy next day, Iand my husband arrived at 5:30pm, the day office staff said, your friend has to be present, I told her I went last night to put my husband on account, this day supervisor was very rude and said the night staff made a mistake and puppy would not be released to my husband, I had to bring my friend. oh and she said If you would of taken him home last night this wouldn't be happening. This day supervisor is a rude and evil person,no feelings at all. I received a text at 8:30pm to go pick up puppy it was an office MISCOMMUNICATION. Honestly I am still upset over this, I hope no one ever has to go through what I had to go through. They laugh it off. Until this day I have not received an apology!
