Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital is the best! Every time we go there they treat our puppy as their own. It's so nice to see the staff spoil our puppy as much as we do! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

We absolutely love Dr Dale and staff at both locations. Everyone is so kind, thoughtful and caring to our animals. Wee lost our Husky in May, and Dr Dale did everything in his power to try and save her. He provided daily updates on her status and was so empathetic each conversation we had. The staff truly seems concerned with each animal they see. They make you feel like you're a part of the family.

Vet and staff were very helpful. Wait time was awful. Waited over 2.5 hours before I saw the vet. Seems like there just weren't enough vets available that day.

Everyone is so kind. We were treated quickly. Did not feel rushed at all. Recommended treatment had a cost associated with it which was not ignored and not assumed. Having had past experiences elsewhere when I was put down for asking questions about costs made this experience even better. So glad we are now at Arlington Heights!
