Your staff was quick, clean and professional. They worked for about 30-35 minutes, and we were charged an exorbitant $336.00. Since I supplied the faucet, this was just the labor charge!!?.

There was a leaking problem under my kitchen sick. The technician showed me a picture of very rusty disposal and told me that I need to change the disposal. I thought the picture was my disposal and agreed to change to a new one. I realized the picture was from internet after he replaced the disposal. My old disposal was perfectly fine and not rusty at all. The technician was nice and experienced. He did good job fixing the leaking problem. However, I felt cheated because I have to spend extra $396 to change the disposal which was not needed at all.

I'm going to give you 4 stars because you did respond to my emergency, and installed a new hot water heater, ASAP for us, which was a necessity, and I am appreciative of the level of service.

One suggestion - discuss pricing and options with clients in advance. I did ask for an estimate, but never got any indication on price until it was installed. Not sure I need a top-of-the-line piece of equipment, but would have liked to have been consulted on that decision.

Next, just a tip for your techs, as they installed two in our same building - they inadvertently turned off the heating units somehow. We discovered that the "spill switch" needed to be re-activated and all was well after that.
