Ed was great in explaining things. And your response to my request was excellent.

I had a drainage problem with my kitchen sink. Ed (I think), came out and handled the situation professionally and helped.

Romano Co was on time and effective in resolving the issue I needed addressed

They came in below estimate and were easy to deal with

Having dealt with dozens of plumbers in my career as a landlord, I was very pleasantly surprised when Romano Co.

did substantially what it promised, when it promised to do it.

I rated my experience to be good because that is how it started. Kurt got back to m quickly, seemed very knowledgable and told me what was needed to get the job completed. We discussed the need for a permit, an inspection and everything seemed to be going smoothly. He asked me to send a check for $ 150 to cover the up-front cost for permit etc. I mailed that check last Thursday and figured it would get to you by Monday. I didn't hear anything so I called Kurt again. this past Wednesday.. He told me nothing had been done and that he probably wouldn't be able to do the work next week either. I have e-mailed him asking him to get back to me to know where we stand and I am still waiting to hear if he has pulled the permit. I have talked to Boston City Inspectional service and according to them, pulling a permit is pretty straight forward.

I'm getting a bit desperate with 2 stoves in my apartment and the holidays upon us. The oven in my old stove no longer works so I will not be able to bake or use an oven for any other purpose until my new stove is connected. I don't really want to answer the question about recommending A Romano company at this point since I haven't been able to get the work done yet. Would like a response to this from somebody who can take responsibility for solving this problem and completing the work.

As usual, Big Ed was excellent. Diagnosed why furnace might have been failing so frequently over last few years, i.e. problems with thermocouple. Threads inside to receive thermocouple wire male insert were somewhat stripped so not possible for thermocouple to attach firmly to gas valve. Thanks Ed!

technician was on time efficient and did his best to see I would not have additional problems with the sink and faucet he was installing.
