Greeted with a smile. I walked into clinic expecting to have a wait. The seat I occupied did not have time to become warm as I was called and escorted into waiting room where within a minute or two was seen by my medical professional. Of the staff that I dealt with they were all professionals and would not have any trouble with seeking their assistance in the future.
