I am getting toward the final stages of getting a top denture and implants on the bottom with a denture that will attach to the implants. Now, I have had every single tooth extracted by Dr. Acker, and believe me - this was a scary concept. I could not imagine what it would feel like to have all natural teeth removed from my mouth! I am 59 years old. I knew it had to be done - but this is a big deal. Of course it is also a significant financial investment. I am from Los Angeles originally and I had a lot of dental work done over the years in L.A. I met with Dr. Acker and his team and they were so expert and truly caring that I decided to embark on the treatment plan Dr. Acker set out for me. My teeth were extracted in October and December of 2014. I am 100% happy with the expert care I have received from Dr. Acker and his team! It is a big change and it takes getting used to - and, Dr. Acker has made the whole experience positive and completely successful. I cannot tell you how personal and professional everyone is at the office. I feel certain that this is the very best dental office in the United States - and I kid you not! Dr. Lehninger adjusted my temporary dentures and she is just so gentle and sweet - and such a wonderful dentist. Katrina, Ruby and Deb are kind and friendly and also so good at their jobs. I really feel it was meant to be - that I took this huge step here in Florida, in Venice, - instead of Los Angeles. Even though the dentists in L.A. were very good, I don't think I could possibly have gotten this kind of expert care there. Dr. Acker seems like he just knows everything there is to know about implants and dentistry. He advised me about the permanent teeth and helped me pick out the perfect permanent teeth for me. I really must say that you will be quite a lucky person if you end up with Dr. Acker and Dr. Lehninger for your dental issues. I'm taking the time to write this because they truly deserve the most positive feedback that I can give. (The only reason I'm not signing my name is that, well... I don't want everyone to know I have dentures! And, I know that they will look so great that no one will ever know!) Thank you to everyone at Dr. Acker and Dr. Lehninger's office!
