I was called the day of my appointment and asked to come in 30 minutes early for my appointment (which i did) and then i had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back to the procedure room. While in my procedure (and not fully dressed), TWO people opened the door- another patient and then another technician. This was very uncomfortable for me. The person who did the laser singed and burned off the later part of my eyebrow. When i checked out, they were very disorganized and unprofessional and did not know what kind of procedure i had had, were going to give me the wrong kind of post procedure care information, and very loudly “announced” to the entire waiting room what kind of procedure i had done. (It is not clear to me even now if i was charged the correct amount. ) It was not comfortable le and very unprofessional. The physical facility and art work , however, is lovely.

From the moment you walk in the door, the staff without exception is attentive and elegantly ready to meet your needs. The decor is relaxing and quite beautiful. Coming in for a treatment is a very positive, enjoyable experience.
