Overall procedure results are amazing and I’m very happy. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

They can do a better job setting expectations on recovery but again responded very quickly to my questions.

Every appointment with Dr. Alexander, she ran at a minimum 30 mins late. Always apologizing for the wait, etc. but they should be more respectful of patients time.

I was running late because of all the construction on 400 and they were so kind and understanding. I was nervous for my appointment and their kindness made me feel so much better. The office itself is comfortable and classy, the staff was professional and kind, and Dr. Ashraf listened to me and I could really feel her passion for what she does.
