I lost my Dad, and grandmother which put me in a deep depression for several years. My extra weight didn't come from eating wrong (as I am an pescatarian/vegan/vegetarian). I have tried so many various weight loss supplements, programs, exercises. Being an older woman in my early 50's it's true what they say, your metabolism slows down. Mine seemed like it was obsolete, and I struggled for years to loose the extraneous in my stomach no matter what I did or tried.

Phenomenal service. Dr Wang, gave an comprehensive breakdown of my stomach; including my problematic areas, and resolutions for surgery to fix it. I learned a lot in a short period of time. She also outlined proper eating habits to take for my over-all treatment while recovering such as, "intermittent fasting," which I've done in the past. Staying away from pasta, and eating plenty of vegetables.

I finally was able to take a sneak peak at my tummy, and I honestly can't put into words how overwhelmed I feel, and look. It's as though turning back the hand of time from my youthful days. She even gave me a new belly button. I never knew removing so much of the junk, I'm able to even have muscle mass. My stomach has a ways to go for its healing, but it was well worth the beginning of this new adventure in having a new, firm, and sexy abs.

Whether surgical or nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, Artisan is THE place to go. Go one time and I guarantee you will never go anywhere else for your aesthetic needs! I've known Dr. Alexander for years and she is second to none when it comes to performing cosmetic surgeries. Her staff is also so educated and experienced! They have educated me so much on what's the newest and best non-surgical procedures in the market. Tracey, Lauren and Jenn have all performed procedures on me and I am nothing less than thrilled every single time! The ladies, in the front office, are also a delight and make me feel as though I am the only, and most important, patient they have every single time!

Every single lady we encountered was super-nice and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and important. Every single one called us by name and we felt as if we’d become fast friends. I was sold on this practice beforehand because they are for women by women. They know how to treat a woman, and are encouraging at all times. Please forgive the gushing - I cannot say enough about these wonderful ladies.

Dr. Alexander came in for 2 minutes, answered only one of my questions, had poor bedside manner (after she made a mistake on my initial surgery), and then suggested a second surgery without giving me any additional information. I would enjoy hearing about the information from her, instead of the nurse or her assistant. The nurse and assistant are kind, but I feel more comfortable talking to who will be doing the operation. However, she hands patients off to other employees so she can get more time in with other patients, even though these surgeries are a financial and psychological burden. It feels as if you aren’t valued in this company
