Arvidson Chiropractic Center is a private practice dedicated to the use of practical, applied chiropractic to resolve problems in the neck, back, spine and other areas of the body. Our office focuses on both preventive care and evaluating individually designed and tailored to fit each patient's specific needs, combine chiropractic adjustments, Active Release Techniques to restore you to the most functional and optimal health possible. Our clinic, Arvidson Health Center is also home to Lakes Region Acupuncture and LMT (licensed massage therapist) Tammy Manning.

Dr. Toy is super down to earth and easy to talk to. She has a very gentle touch, you never feel "man handled" so to speak. I have had quite a few dentists over the years and I can say she genuinely cares about your teeth and health and she's always reasonable, never pushing for unnecessary expensive work. She told me she doesn't want to ever compromise a tooth with work unless absolutely necessary. I feel like part of the "family" whenever I'm in her dental office. Her staff is kind caring and always concerned about your comfort. I always recommend her to friends and family looking for dental care.
