I had wonderful clinicians who gave me a massage and facial. My one complaint is not with them, but with the miscommunication on how the services would be charged. When I came in to schedule my appointment, I was told that by the front counter host that there was a discount that would be applied in the month of March that would apply to individual services as well as the spa packages. I clarified this several times with her, and she verified the information with the person sitting in the side office. I left believing that the discount would be applied. After my appointment when I went to pay, I was told that the person gave me wrong information and that the spa packages did not apply. Even if that was the case, I think what I was told should have been honored, and it was not. That alone sours me on the experience. It left me feeling angry as I left the facility. I still have money on my card to spend on the spa, and I don't really feel like coming in for it, but I do not want to waste the remainder of funds on the card. So, I will use it once more, but I do not plan to use the facility again or recommend it to anyone.
