I am not sure why the bloodwork that my cat needs went from $50 last year to $175 this year but that seems like an excessive increase. For people on a retirement budget, it was steep. Otherwise, the care given has been very good.
I always have a wonderful experience at Ashburn Village Animal Hospital. They easily accommodate my last minute needs for scheduling an appointment on my lunch break and I never have to wait to be seen. The visits run smoothly and although my dog is blind and very nervous about going to the vet, he is getting better about his visits and his health has never been better. The Dr. and staff are all amazing and I will always go to Ashburn Animal Hospital for all my pet needs.
I did not appreciate being told that I am essentially a bad pet owner and then I felt threatened to have to purchase heart guard from the office. I have been coming here for a year and have not had that experience before. I am honestly appalled and will not be returning there anymore as you should not intimidate owners into purchasing from the office nor tell them what they need to do to train their pet. Your job is to check the pet for wellness, you are not a dog trainer.

I was able to schedule my cat's appointment the same day. When I arrived, we were greeted and taken to the examine room. No waiting! Jasper was checked and given his shots. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took good care of my cat.
