Too expensive especially with charging deposits when I haven’t yet taken my pets in. I don’t understand why this is being charged, I have never pay a deposit in the past. Please don’t ask if it’s okay to contact me or give me the reason why. How’s is impact the economy, it’s not like we can go without taking our pets to see their their vets. Other place don’t charge deposit. Don’t tell me it’s supply and demand, this BS.
I am sorry that you feel this way. We have been charging deposits for about two years now. We do this to guarantee that owners show up for their appointments; the deposits are then applied to the appointment fees. Deposits are only taken for new customers or guests who repeatedly do not attend appointments. So the only way that the deposit is retained is if a client is a no-show without calling or has not-showed or rescheduled twice in a row. Since they have taken appointments away from other pets that desire care, you can always contact us if you want to discuss this further. -AVAH
