Everything was fine EXCEPT I was charged $12.00 for poop disposal. I was told to bring a poop sample but it was not needed and the tech asked me if I want them to dispose of it or me. I said great, you can dispose of it. The tech did not, however, tell me that I would be charged $12.00 for their disposal. I believe I should have been told them; in which case I would have disposed of it myself. I would like the $12.00 to be credited to my account.

Sorry for any confusion. The medical waste disposal fee has nothing to do with the stool sample we got rid of. It is applied to any appointments that use needles and syringes for vaccines or blood draws. If you have any other questions feel free to call 508-881-2400. Thanks
