The staff was wonderful. Dr. Patterson was also great and told me about my eye health which is the first time I have ever had that information shared. Ashland's technology is also top of the line, I didn't even need my eyes dialated! Wonderful place, I feel I got the best care possible!

Staff is friendly but professional. Eye exam was very thorough. I like having the option of having the picture taken of the eye rather than having to have eyes dilated. Staff in optical dispensing area are very helpful. I also appreciate the fact that my glasses were adjusted right the first time.

The doctor and assistant that helped me once I was in the exam room were great. They were very receptive and friendly.
The woman who took my payment was phenomenal. She was very help and explained things very well. I had a few questions and she never acted like I was taking too much time or bothering her.
The woman who worked on my glasses was very quick and efficient.
The ladies working the front desk were talking about personal things the entire time. They didn't great me when I entered and didn't even say goodbye when I left. I work in a similar type environment and know how vital it is to treat your customers well. I think that they could improve their customer service and professionalism.
