This was my second time coming to this salon and my initial visit was a much better experience. This time around I wasn’t greated in the same manner, no warm towel or walking over to the waiting area. Just checked in and oh, you’ve been here before so, you know where the waiting area is. After waiting 30 min past my appointment time, acquiring with the front desk, they forgot to tell my stylist I was there! Thankfully my stylist Jamie was very welcoming; she was very apologetic and great over all. Seemed there was new staff training on the front desk area. I ultimately was happy with my experience, minus a few hiccups initially. Hoping my next appointment will be at the Aveda standard from beginning to end.
