My previous experiences with Aspen Dental were much better than this last time. I was having excruciating pain that was affecting every aspect of my life, I was told I had a cracked tooth that had to come out and they gave me an apt. more than 2 weeks away. We made arrangement to travel so we could move up my apt. from 2 weeks to a week and a half. My oral surgen was kind but yet rude at the same time. they were efficient and the tooth was extracted. A bunch of guaze was shoved in my mouth and was told I was done and could leave. The surgen's assistant explained what I needed to do for "post op" care and gave me instruction sheets prevous to the tooth being extracted. I was expection a little more compassion from the Dr. but they were younger and I am hoping with time will develope "people skills" needed to make the patient feel more comfortable with haveing dental care from this provider!!

Everyone at the Aspen Dental Buffalo office on Delaware Ave. was absolutely wonderful! My appointments were able to be scheduled around my work schedule; Tina gave wonderful instructions for dental hygiene and was very patient. Dr Stoica was very kind, gentle and efficient and the results are exactly what I had hoped for. Dawn and the other dental assistant (sorry but I forgot your name)were patient and always explained what was going to be done. I actually looked forward to my appointments instead of dreading the experience. I also want to commend them for washing their hands, wearing/changing gloves appropriately and taking proper measures to clean equipment after use.I recommend Aspen Dental Buffalo on Delaware Ave to everyone I talk to about dental needs.

I had to get a cavity filled and it was a breeze!

The appointment was easy to make, the procedure was fast and pain free!

I am a fan of dentist visits, let alone having a cavity taken care of. They made it as enjoyable as possible.

Was rushed out in less than an hour from having 4 teeth pulled. I didnt even get a chance to wake up. The assistant practically carried me out. They weren't even concerned about my well being, and I will never return.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT EVERY VISIT AT THE DELAWARE OFFICE HAVE BEEN X-CELLENT.EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE. MARK IS VERY NICE AND AFFECTIONATE WITH THE CLIENTS.EVERYONE THERE TAKES THERE TIME WITH YOU. Doctor was not communicative and didn't explain procedures without me pestering him. He drilled one of my teeth to put a crown on it. After the crown fell off several times, he decided it needed to be drilled deeper, however, the tooth was so sensitive that I couldn't have anything touch it. After several shots of Novocain he tried to drill, but I stopped him since just the suction from the hygienist's tool was making my tooth ache. The dentist didn't find that odd. He re-cemented my crown and told me to come back in for drilling when it fell off again. Since that completely traumatized me, I tried my best to live through the pain, but eventually I decided I needed to find a new dentist. My new dentist thought the pain was odd, so he did an x-ray and found that the reason my tooth was so sensitive is that its roots and nerve were infected. Correlation to the previous drilling for my crown? Most likely. My tooth is now going to be pulled.
