DO NOT get mini implants at aspen dental Dr Parks is suppose to specialize in this procedure well after several thousands of dollars I am left with implants in my lower gums that hold the denture in until I go to eat anything I have tried many texturs of food I can not chew anything and if that isn't bad enough they also become lose and pop out so I was able to eat MUCH BETTER before this procedure now it takes so long to eat it is unbelievable will it be this way for the rest of my life??? verr disapointed

I made an appointment for a consult regarding saving a tooth that broke off. Did I need to have the balance of the tooth removed or have a "flipper" made?

The office folks & the consult personal we're great. The doctor examined me and said the tooth could be saved. They had a cancellation and were able to pin the tooth & build it up, take a impression for a crown. Then a temp. was made to fill the void. I return in 2 weeks for the permanent crown. I am pleased so far. I liked Dr. Kim.

Back in 2010 was my first visit to Aspen. I had to have a tooth pulled (could not afford the root canal I needed). When the dentist pulled it, the force of it coming out smacked into the tooth above it causing it to fracture. I then had to have that one removed as well. Several days later I ended up with dry socket, then days after that, dry socket in both spots. Extremely painful, each time I came back over the course of several weeks I was given prescription pain meds, none of them helped.

I finally found a "natural remedy" online on my own. 99 cents and a bottle of clove oil later my pain was gone instantly. I then went to an oral surgeon who told me I did what they should have done for me which was to pack the tooth socket in eugenol (clove oil).

As a result of one of the pain meds (vicoprophen) I lost my hearing suddenly in one ear, permanently. I don't know why they didn't attend to my dry socket situation they way they should have, I think it was cruel and needless to say I am not pleased with this practice overall.

I am not the type of person to ever review a company, mostly because I have never had service bad enough to.

At Aspen in Concord I was told that I would be charged a certain amount for the work I had done. When I got the care credit bill in the mail I was definitely surprised and knew there must be something wrong so I went into the office to try and resolve the issue. She told me that I was wrong (even though I had a bill with her signature on it with the correct amount) She said the same things over and over again like I didn't understand what she was saying...I did understand what she was saying and it was not correct. So that office was a waste.

I just got a bill in the mail today and I now owe more than before?? They sure know how to screw you there. If you have a ton of money to throw away I would go there because the work I had was great. The bad customer service outweighed the great dental work so I will now be going to a different dentist in Concord.

I hope this review helped you in your decision to not go to Aspen Dental.

I've been going to Aspen dental for almost 10 years and have had two crowns done with great success. The hygienist Wendy noticed on my last visit that I needed to have scaling and root planing to avoid future Periodontal disease. Wendy has been my hygienist since Aspen opened on Concord. She was very professional, caring and especially comforting for this very difficult procedure. I appreciate Aspen for there entire staff and Doctors

I came here a few years ago and after being told I had some pin hole cavities I was convinced to get them fixed. The tiny cavities never bothered me untill I let Aspen "fix" them. Its been years and they bother me everyday.

Dr Ravi was so kind, caring, and talented. I've had several crowns done before and her treatment was the best. Karen Boivin

Dr. Dunn and his assistance's were very good in making me feel comfortable with the removable and with my partial being inserted. There was pain, and it is to be expected when having teeth removed. The written instructions were easy to follow, and the medication did the trick for the discomfort I felt. My follow up the next day went great. thanks

The young lady who took me in the room was nice enough. When it came to having the impression, she was a bit rough with my gums, and the stuff used for the impression took part of my bottom tooth out, it is going to be taken out anyways, but did cause some discomfort.

When talking to the financial person I was never asked what I wanted in a partial, meaning the way they are made and price. From looking on-line I know there is 4 to choose from. I have 1500.00 in ready credit and will have to pay 198.00 out of pocket. My insurance covers some. What I wonder is what is the difference in price in the 4 kinds? and would I have to pay the 198.00 if a less expensive particial was chossen.
