I was in extreme pain, Dr. came in and addressed me from BEHIND the char and I was facing forward and then when came to my side took a dental implement and started to BANG AWAY AT MY UPPER TEETH. I told her the pain was in my lower rear but begged her to please not hurt that tooth BUT SHE DISREGARDED THAT AND TOOK THAT TOOL AND STARTED TO BANG AT THAT TOOTH AND I NEARLY JUMPED OUT OF THE CHAIR. I asked why did you do that? She claimed to have to determine if I was in pain? FOR GOD SAKE, I TOLD HER I WAS IN PAIN WHEN I GOT IN THE CHAIR!!!! Then told me it was to determine if I was in pain to receive NARCOTICS?? at no time did I ever ask for a narcotic nor would I take it. I wanted an antibiotic for the infection. The office staff is very nice but I was treated rudely by the Dentist and I will not ever go back and tell everyone to RUN RUN RUN to another practice as fast as you can

Dear Sir or Madam,

I visited DENTAL ASPEN on Friday, FEB. 10, 2012 (8:00, AM) because I lost my artificial tooth, prepared by DENTAL TWO MONYHS BEFORE.

A young Doctor (of India origin) put my tooth to the "old" place, working on it about 5 minutes! Before , she took a picture of this one tooth.

I paid for this dental job: $100.00. After I coming home I check a "new placed" tooth - I recognized that was very, very loose, and a few minutes later I lost it!?

Before, two times, after the same job, my tooth was in my mouth for the few months.

I expect you to send, a part of my money, back to me.

I had a consultation . The one that did the extray didn't know what she was doing. I left my dentures got back to pick them up . Announce myself and waited almost an hour coz they had forgotten I was there.

I would never recommend anyone to go there . I have work to be done. But with the service I will rather go elsewhere .

I went to Aspen Dental after many years of neglect to my dental health. They were the first group of dentist and staff that did not make me feel ashamed of my condition. Instead they took care of me like I was family and made me feel safe. It's a place I won't be afraid to go back to next time I need work done.
